St. Luke's Womens Fitness Celebration

I am now training for a 5K.  I printed off Hal Higdon's 5-K Training: Advanced and will start tomorrow.  I'm excited about this plan because it is meant to help you attain "maximum performance".  Plus I still am keeping up my mileage and long runs so I don't feel like I'm losing my endurance. 
My good friend/old college roommate Tess had told me about this run awhile ago when we were about to move to Idaho.  Her and her hubby live in Boise where the race is held.  On their website it says they are one of the biggest women's run/walks in the USA!
I am excited to have another goal to work towards and can't wait to see Tess and her family!
