Gender Reveal

A couple days before leaving for our Christmas trip to Texas we had an appointment at Fetal Fotos in American Fork to find out the gender of our baby. Well we got to see our baby but when it was time for the ultrasound tech to check the gender we closed our eyes so we could have a surpise gender reveal later.  She put the gender pictures in a sealed envelope and I carried it around in my purse for a couple days until we were in Texas.

15 weeks

Ashley picked us up from the airport and we headed to Wal-mart where I gave her the envelope.  She took it inside to buy silly string in either pink or blue and removed the caps before getting back in the car.

When we got to my parents house we waited for all the cousins and aunts and uncles to be there and then had a countdown.  On three everybody sprayed their silly string.  We were shocked to see BLUE!!! IT'S A BOY!!

All the cousins loved it and so did Brooky Bear.  Brooklyn, Thomas, and I all thought it was a girl so it was a great surprise for us.  Brooklyn is excited to have a baby brother like her cousin Vona and friends Emery and Claire and like Peppa Pig.
