One of our go to hikes to do with a kiddo is the Grotto in Spanish Fork Canyon. It's only about a mile and has fun little stream crossings and then at the end a little Grotto that normally just has water dripping from all the over hanging rock.
This year the stream crossings weren't cross-able
Because of the high water the normally dripping water was a full on waterfall!
We enjoyed the fresh air, exercise, and throwing sticks and rocks in the river.
