Alex visits

This little guy seriously gets cuter every time I see him.  He is talking so much now and is just the happiest most active little guy.  One their way to Yakima Bea and Ivan stopped and stayed in Boise for the night.  We had a little barbeque, well kind of.  We were going to barbeque chicken but after taking the chicken out of the oven where it was defrosting the 9x13 pan it was in completely shattered! Poor Thomas he seems to have bad luck with stuff breaking on him.

So we ended up getting KFC and eating by the pool.  Little Alex was hesitant at first and would just put his feet in then get out and then sit back on the edge of the pool and put his feet in.  He repeated this routine for awhile and then sat on the first step and would kick and splash water with his hands and say "Yay agua!" over and over.  So cute.  I eventually was able to get him to hang on to me and we swam around a bit.  His teeth were chattering like crazy but he still did not want to get out of the pool when it was time to leave. We convinced him to get out by telling him we'd go in the agua in the house. We have a really big tub and so me, Bea, and Alex got in to warm up.
Alex can now say "Tia Osso" and "Tio Tomas" it's so adorable how he says it.
He still loves drums and the first thing he did when he got to our place was find the Guitar Hero drums and start playing away.  He also saw the game Yahtzee on the shelf and immediately started saying "Yahtzee!" and would get the dice out and throw them.  Such a little smarty.
