Wells loves this dump truck he got from Nana and Pops for his birthday.
Some of our friends from Boise came through and stopped to visit. I met Pammy in a breastfeeding support group when our girls were just days old.
Brooklyn's last days of kindergarten were jam packed with fun events like a recognition assembly where she received some well earned awards.
The kids who are recognized stand up and do a power pose.
She drew this self portrait that she was super proud of.
The winters here are LONG! Once spring hits we are ready to get outside with family walks, hikes, and bike rides.
Thomas and I got new matching mountain bikes and took them out for a ride to Benham Falls near Sunriver.
I got to volunteer at Brooklyn's schools for field day.
Nice weather also means taking the kiddie 4-wheeler out for a spin.
Brooklyn finished Kindergarten!!! She sure did grow!
When she got off the bus on her last day of school I had silly string and music playing and she got silly stringed.
Brooklyn had a third grade reading buddy who she adored. Her buddy gave her this cute card on the last day.
Brooklyn's favorite books to read are "Piggy and Gerald" books. It was so thoughtful of her buddy to include that in the card.
We celebrated Father's Day with cards and Thomas got a new bike helmet, smore's sticks, and a light up frisbee (Brooklyn's idea).
June finished off the t-ball season.
We checked out the Sunriver Nature Center.
Brooklyn still loves making treats from her Foodstirs subscription kit.
Thomas and I finally made it to La Pine State Park for some mountain biking.
Brooklyn and I went for a mommy/daughter so she could paint a little unicorn treasure chest at the pottery store.
June brought weather warm enough for us to eat dinner outside on the patio.
I hiked up Pilot Butte. Had some great views.
Stroller Strides started up again! I asked to be the playgroup captain and we started playgroups. This particular play date was a doggy date. The kids had their faces painted and little doggy balloons we walked with to visit the dog park.
