Our town has a little outdoor festival the week of the 4th of July called Frontier Days. There is live music, vendors, food, and a little train ride and fishing pond for the kids. Wells experienced his first shaved ice and LOVED it!
We got to experience a small town 4th of July parade.
Wells loved waving at everyone passing by in the parade.
Later that day Brooklyn cooled off by running through the sprinklers at the baseball fields across from our house.
We jammed out to some 4th of July music while throwing poppers and lighting off some fireworks.
Brooklyn showed off her flossing dance skills.
Our neighbors came over to roast marshmallows and make smore's.
That night the kids were both troopers and stayed up long enough that we could enjoy the big fireworks show near the rodeo grounds.
