We went to The Farmstead in Meridian this past Friday with Thomas' mom and our niece Lexi. There was so much to do we spent a few hours there exploring. There was a corn maze (we really got lost and luckily didn't have a baby freak out that would have been stressful). There was a hayride that took you to a real pumpkin patch with all sorts of cool varieties of pumpkins. Each of the kids were given a miniature pumpkin while loading the wagon. There were pig races, a corn pit, jumping pillow, old town play area for kids, cow train ride, and a big random beast/monster you could go in. Lexi rode on a pony and her favorite part of all of it was the jumping pillow.
Afterwards we stopped by Krispy Kreme and came home for donuts and hot caramel apple cider and pizza. The weather here has been so nice and we are loving enjoying fall festivities.
