This past week we were so lucky to have Thomas' sister and her three girls come and visit Boise! It couldn't have been better timing since Brooklyn's best friend Hallie was out of town for the week and I knew she would be missing her playtime buddy.
We went over on Wednesday night to Thomas' mom's house and the girls had so much fun playing upstairs in the kids room with dolls. I snuck up the stairs and peeked around the corner to check on Brooklyn and her cousin Kylie who is four and it melted my heart seeing them interact.
Thursday, while I was at Girls on the Run practice, everyone met at a nearby park and the girls had a blast. Katie, who is seven, just carried Brooklyn around everywhere. If there was a step, Katie was there to lift Brooklyn. They went on a little hike too.

Friday, Brooklyn and I went over to Sandee's and had dinner and the girls played outside in the backyard. Brooklyn is a happy girl naturally but being around her cousins REALLY made her happy. She was in heaven and so was I.
Saturday they met us at the park where the transistion areas were for Thomas' first sprint triathlon. The girls were able to run around and play while we cheered on Thomas. Loved seeing them play ring-a-round the rosie's.

One of Brooklyn's fave things to do is play ring around the rosies. |
|
I love how she is looking at Katie. |
|
Brooklyn is about half of Katie's size quite an accomplishment for Katie to carry her all over the park. |

These girls! So cute! |

Just gettin' a free ride around the park. |
Afterwards we all went out to eat lunch. After naptime, Angie and her girls came over to our house to hang out and eat homemade pizza.

This was the expression on Brooklyn's face the whole time she was with her cousins. |

Sweethearts! |
Can't wait to see these girls again and for the cousins to be reunited.
Visitors are the best! Your baby b is just so cute and looks so much like you, what a dear!
